IT Security tepatnya sebagai keamanan teknologi informasi saat ini didengungkan oleh semua kalangan, baik pemerintahan, swasta dan dunia akademis, 3 aspek ini seperti segitiga emas keterkaitan antara pemerintah-swasta-akademis. Saat ini semua aspek kehidupan menggunakan IT sebagai infrastruktur baik prasarana dan sarana untuk menunjang bisnis, selain itu proteksi terhadap IT (IT security) digunakan juga oleh beberapa pelaku industri, ada yang serius ada yang sekedarnya saja, sebagai pelengkap di permukaan saja.

Berikut ini Penulis akan mengungkapkan 10 Mitos tentang IT Security di benak para pelaku IT di perusahaan. Kita akan melihat benar tidaknya mitos tersebut, bisa jadi ada beberapa mitos masih ada di kepala kita masing-masing, karena sudah bertahun-tahun kita lakukan tanpa sadar seperti gerakan reflek di dalam olahraga. Begitu juga dengan mitos, ada yang telah kita kerjakan bertahun-tahun bahkan mungkin belasan tahun. Seyogyanya kita akan benahi pelan-pelan mana yang benar dan mana yang salah. Kecenderungan user/karyawan kita masih perlu diawasi oleh atasan agar tidak melenceng dari berbagai hal dalam penerapan IT Security policy di dalam pekerjaannya, berikut 10 mitos IT security tersebut.

Mitos #4 : Budget IT Security enterprise 10% cukuplah.

Para senior management dan para pengambil keputusan memberikan alokasi budget rata-rata 10% saja untuk IT security dari budget departemen IT secara keseluruhan, cukuplah untuk melakukan pertahanan keamanan informasi di dalam perusahaan.

Fakta #4 : Bisa dibayangkan budget IT Security 10% saja dari departemen IT secara keseluruhan, bila budget IT 1 M maka IT Security 100 juta, permasalahan utama sebenarnya bukan budget semata, tetapi keterlibatan pimpinan untuk sama-sama aware terhadap permasalahan keamanan informasi, jangan hanya bisa marah bila sudah terjadi incident keamanan, tetapi bersama-sama memikirkan system keamanan untuk keamanan bersama, perlu SDM yang mumpuni untuk dapat mengamankan system secara keseluruhan, tambahan SDM baik professional maupun outsourcing sangat diperlukan agar system keamanan terhindar dari incident keamanan yang tidak kita inginkan dan akhirnya akan merugikan kita bersama.

First of all I think as a lecturer, you should know yourself. Who are you? Are you okay with yourself? Do you understand you yourself as a person who stand and transfer your knowledge to your students? I would tell you that I know 85% about me. I do not know 100 %. Why? As a person who believes in God, I know that God plays an important role in my whole life. My life is mysterious. I do understand God knows me better than I do. God is in me, God surrounds me as well as beyond me. HE protects my life and loves me very much. He guides me who I am, as a person and of course as a lecturer. Yup.

Secondly, if God knows me well, I should know my students. They are not my object of teaching. My students are the subjects so I must call them name by name. Is it difficult? Yes. If this semester – odd semester 2017/2018 – I teach 5 classes which consists of 30 students each, then I have to remember, I must know 150 students, and I must understand 150 students’ progress. Do you think it is easy? Do you think it is impossible? In the name of God, I can and must answer NO.

Thirdly, every year there are new students entering the world of university. They enter Perbanas Institute because they want or do not want to choose Perbanas Institute as their university. That means it is time for them to feel a new atmosphere, such as new environment, how to learn new, even new friends. Every student needs to know that the atmosphere of studying or spending his or her life in a university is different from what he or she knows while he or she are still in senior high school. I as a lecturer should teach the materials as well as share my experience how to live and study in university. While teaching I usually tell the life of good students that I know. I also advise my students from how to learn individually to how to find good friends.

Becoming a good lecturer is not easy and becoming a university student is not easy. However life is moving. If you really want to be a good disciple of God you should love others in terms of HIS ways of teaching. Amien.

The government is preparing Jakarta as an alternative place to host the IMF-World Bank meeting in 2018 in response to the unstable condition of Bali’s Mount Agung.
“We’re preparing contingency plans. Volcanic activities could disrupt the arrival of tourists during the event,” said Coordinating Maritime Affairs Minister Luhut Binsar Panjaitan in Jakarta on Wednesday as reported by kontan.co.id.
The contingency plan includes the possible relocation of the meeting venues from Nusa Dua, Bali, to another city, Luhut said, adding that the government had not discussed the details of the plan. “It is too early to talk about it,” he said
The IMF-World Bank 2018 annual meeting is scheduled to be held next year from Oct. 8 to 14 in Bali.
Between 15,000 and 17,000 people from 189 countries are expected to participate in the annual event, including country officials, international observers, academics, journalists and NGO representatives.
The government expects the event to attract more tourism to Bali.
Tourism Minister Arief Yahya said his ministry will prepare several tourist packages and promote them on the travel website TripAdvisor.

Kepuasan konsumen yang dalam institusi pendidikan disebut sebagai mahasiswa adalah dengan merasakan sejauh mana manfaat sebuah produk/jasa yang  dirasakan (perceived), apakah  sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan mahasiswa (Amir, 2005). Kotler (2000) mengatakan bahwa kepuasan konsumen yang juga dalam hal ini disebut sebagai mahasiswa merupakan tingkat perasaan seseorang setelah membandingkan antara kinerja jasa pendidikan, terkait dengan administrasi akademik yang dia rasakan dengan harapannya. Kepuasan atau ketidakpuasan mahasiswa dalam menerima berbagai peayanan di institusi pendidikan adalah respon terhadap evaluasi ketidaksesuaian atau diskonfirmasi yang dirasakan antara harapan sebelumnya dan kinerja aktual jasa yang dirasakan setelah pemakaian, yang dipaparkan oleh Tse dan Wilson ( Nasution, 2004:104).

Dengan melihat berbagai pendapat di atas dapat disimpulkan definisi kepuasan mahasiswa yaitu  tingkat  perasaan  seorang mahasiswa  setelah  membandingkan  kinerja jasa pendidikan yang dia rasakan dengan harapannya, bila harapannya terpenuhi seluruhnya maka kepuasan menjadi optimal. Beberapa penelitian sebelumnya yang telah dilakukan terkait dengan bagaimana meningkatkan kepuasan konsumen atau mahasiswa

Administrasi Akademik memberikan berbagai pelayanan yang dibutuhkan mahasiswa, mulai dari registrasi sebagai mahasiswa baru, selama perkuliahan atau proses belajar mengajar, sampai mahasiswa tersebut dinyatakan lulus menjadi alumni. Interaksi antara mahasiswa dan petugas pelayanan kerap kali menimbulkan permasalahan, sehingga terobosan dengan penggunaan  teknologi informasi yang baik dan benar serta optimal, diharapkan dapat meminimalkan bahkan menghilangkan berbagai masalah yang biasanya datang berulang. Penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam memberikan layanan jasa pendidikan kepada mahasiswa, dapat menjadi strategi yang tepat untuk menciptakan hubungan yang baik antara mahasiswa dengan perguruan tinggi. Munculnya konsep CRM yang didukung oleh teknologi informasi menjadikan sebuah kekuatan baru untuk dapat tetap menjaga dan meningkatkan kepercayaan mahasiswa sebagai pelanggan dan masyarakat sebagai calon mahasiswa kepada perguruan tinggi, karena kemudahan dan kecepatan untuk mendapatkan berbagai pelayanan atas kebutuhan informasi dapat diberikan dengan baik.
