LET’S CALM DOWN BY IGNATIUS SEPTO PRAMESWORO

Some of the students are not happy with their study. They think that their life the most difficult one compared others. They think their family members do not like them.  They also consider the worst students. In fact it is not. Some students who come to me at last find themselves by knowing about themselves. Yes it is hard to know about us if our heart is always not calm. Yes you cannot calm yourself. Many things in this world, many people in this environment can interfere with us. Especially when we are in unstable condition in facing our own life. So what do we have to do?

Yes we should give our heart to our Lord. How do we do that? Besides praying and living in God’s ways, we can do meditation. Why meditate?

Meditation provides you with a peace condition. I think in the early stages meditation process is a tool for us. Meditation can help us to reduce stress, improve physical health, relieve chronic pain, makes us sleep better, and feel happier and more peaceful. If we’ve had better and know how to meditate then meditation is a path toward the unknown. I think that at one point of meditation can help us greatly to reveal the mystery of our own life. Who are we as a disciple of God, a child, or a student in a university? Some students stated after they have done the process of meditation they could focus their study and concentrate well. They even are calmer than before. They can face their life in a happy nice smile.

When we start meditating, we will see how wild our mind. Thinking about the past or the future will be crammed with where we are in the present. Sometimes it hurts our memory and can occur repeatedly. So, if we start to meditate, do not blame ourselves about our wild thoughts. This is a natural condition. In time, we will learn to meditate calmly with a barrage of our mind, and we will find some clarity and peace. Good luck and have a calm of life.

    Without us knowing our daily lives that we live make us feel stressed, indecisive, anxious, even worse. Even for some people, this reason that makes them want to end their life in their own way, because their felt unable to understand what was happening to him. Whether the feeling that arises because of factors of the environment around us, or even comes from ourselves, in these conditions we need peace to make us feel better, not only feel better for a while but it feels better with a feeling of peace of mind and in our hearts. Soothe the hearts and mind is not to run away from the problem, or even spending time with the thrill of the moment. Because the real calm does not come from good treatment of others towards us or even in the absence of problems, the real calm actually comes from the peace of our hearts and minds. So, before getting a real serenity we have to understand what is in our minds and hearts, so that we can determine what the proper way to calm the heart and the mind. And here is how I was to calm the heart and mind I am.

     

    First, we must always closer to God instead of “We should try to be close to God” because God is always close to us, but we were far away. So we have to more close to God. Because I believe, God has the best way in each of our problems although other human give you the best advice. So when I had a problem, the first thing I did was to devote all to God, because God will not be tired of hearing all the complaints we are, because God will not hurt us with the answer, or God will not make us feel getting worse with problems we have.

    When I have devoted all of unrest in my heart, I will feel calmer, and did not feel afraid that there will be a knowing of the problems I have. That way there will be calm and I was able to resolve the existing problems with the calm heart and mind.

     

    Second, I try to always try to apologize and forgive. Eliminate our ego to apologize and give forgiveness is very difficult, but when we were able to make peace with ourselves, it will be the beginning we can make peace with our lives. Because I believe, may be an apology and forgiveness will not change what has happened, but an apology would have made us felt more calm. I have always tried to apologize and forgive all existing problems, although it takes a long time but it has to do, whether that moment I felt right or hat moment I hated the situation. With an apology and forgive maybe we will not create a state as before but we can make situation better. And that’s when your heart and mind will be calm, because there is not load or hatred will disturbing our hearts and minds.

     

    Third, I always instill positive things in my heart and my mind to calm down. Because I believe, when I say “I’m lazy” whole of my body will feel lazy. So, even when I tried to smile, I will feel better and calmer. So, no matter how serious the problems we face, no matter how we try to smile a smile and instill positive things in our hearts and minds. Because what we bear in our hearts and minds have a great influence for ourselves. So try to instill positive things in our hearts and minds to get always get peace of heart and mind.

    Our heart is one of the graces of Allah that is invaluable to humans. With the heart, human can feel the love, sorrow, happiness, suffering, disappointment, pride, and others. Basically, every human has a problem in his life, because no human who does not has a problem both from economic factors, family, work and other issues. Of the many problems that arise in human’s life, sometimes there is a very difficult problem to solve and look for the best solution. So no wonder if many people feel stress because of their problems, even some people who take the path that they should not do because of stress. As a human who has reason and common sense, we should be patient in living this life. I am sure that any of our problems, there would be a solution. For that, we must always be strong and steadfast in living this life. In this paragraph, I would like to share about how we calm down from our stress.
    First, we must be diligent worship. Worship is the one way that should do even though we have many problems in life. Worship is the duty of every religious, with worship is to be closer to the creator of the universe and everything in it, including us. Diligent practice their religion can give peace of human’s heart and mind, many people feel calm and happy life despite the various problems happen to them but they life to the full tranquility and happiness.
    Second, you should be in a comfortable environment. In the comfortable environment can make your heart and mind feel calmer. Therefore, Arrange the environment around your home such as keeping the house, gardening, work space and others that can make you feel comfortable and calm.
    Third, you have to change your perception. To give peace of human’s heart and mind, we should change your perception from negative to positive thinking. Do not think negatively when you’re hit by a lot of trouble, so that you will become a very sensitive person. Always think positive things, so that you will be able to control the hearts and minds. By doing so, you will remain calm and be able to think healthy.
    In conclusion, you should always calm down in this life. You should be diligent in worship, be in a comfortable environment, and change our perception. Then we will feel calm and think healthy. Do not think that our live are more difficult than others, because there are still a lot of people who have a much big problem.

    Everyone will certainly have personal problems which are quite disturbing. Whether it’s about the work, school or other problems that would interfere with our mind all of it. If the problem has been bothering, of course we will lose our concentration and do not focus. Of course if it involves what we are doing it is not so good, because then our job isn’t going to work optimally. Stress is the feeling of being under too much mental or emotional pressure. Pressure becomes stress when we feel unable to cope. Everyone reacts differently to stress and experiences different stressors, or things that cause stress. Common stressors include work, relationships, and money. Stress can affect how we feel, think, and behave. It can also impact how our body functions. Common signs of stress include anxiety, worrisome thinking, sleeping problems, sweating, loss of appetite, and difficulty concentrating, among others. It is worth taking the time to calm down for managing stress before there are serious consequences for our mental and physical well-being, and here is my way to calm my hearts and minds.

    The important thing to make the mind of my heart be more quiet one is worship and pray, I can devote all the grief and any case a lump in my heart. Get myself to Allah by doing prayer (shalat) five times daily, reading the Qur’an and do shalat tahajud at midnight so that it can strengthen my soul and get peace in facing variety of problems in life. Second is think positively. Become a positive thinker and take more pleasure in my everyday interactions. Think about small things that I am grateful for, this will help remind me of all of the positive elements of my life and calm my mind. Positive thinking can help me keep a little perspective. And then to make my feelings and heart more calm, I can also tell my mind and heart to my family especially my mother or my sister so I can be more comfortable to talk to the fullest.

    Third is make time for relaxation. I do something that I enjoy like listening to the music or doing a puzzle. I have a favourite quote to calm down myself it is “The time to relax is when you do not have time for it” by Jim Goodwin. The last is surround myself with positive social support.  Spend my time with people who are positive forces in my life, who make me feel appreciated, valued, and confident and encourage me to be my best possible self. Try to minimize interactions with people who stress me out on a daily basis. Avoid individuals who are negative and who make me feel inadequate. Negativity breeds stress, so try to minimize my contact with all of the negative people in my life. Thats all about how I calm down myself. Thank you.

    Every one must have a difficult time period in the study. Moreover, if we are feeling not calm, of course how to focus in learn on the most important is to calm the mind and heart. Certainly the role of God is necessary here. Maybe there are some of ways and certainly everyone has a different way to focus on learning. My way here is not too difficult and there may be some of you who have my way.
    The way to focus on learning in the first one is listening to what the teacher. Not only listen but also understand the given lesson which their give. Every teacher has a different version in teaching, so I want to understand the lessons in a way that their give. Example, there is a lecturer who gave the lesson by means of a power point presentation. Indeed it is not effective in my opinion, but my principle focus in learning is to understand the teacher and what was given so I’m trying to understand these lessons with a focus to the slide is given, not talking and wrote back with my own language what is contained in the slide. If there are lecturers who teach by explained the lesson without an intermediary, I will listen and try to apply it in daily life. If there is an important point of explanation, I will immediately write it down.

    The next way is not to mix up my learning time with other activities. For example, when in the classroom and it’s time to learn, I don’t want to talk about ineffectively conversation in the classroom, except when I really got bored with the lesson, or when I’m discussing my group task, I limited their jokes in the discussion. Not only that, when I focus my study do not forget to see the time. For example, when it was late, I wouldn’t continue my lessons because I think my brain is not able to catch the lessons when it was late. Maybe it’s just my way to focus on learning. I hope my way can helpful to you who still don’t know how to focus on learning. Thank you.

    It’s funny how’s life works. At the moment, you’re as happy as you can, laughing with each other but at the other moment you’re not calm and feeling like a loser. I will tell you about me that I have been in a condition when I don’t know what happened with myself and everything was pissed me off. I decided to make time to clear my minds from negative things and bring some peace into my lives again. I talk to God about all my problems and never stop praying. Besides that I have mentioned before, here are my ways that you can use to make your mind calm and living peacefully :

    The first one is meditation. Meditation is a mental disclipine by which one attempts to get beyond the “thinking” mind to a deeper state of awareness. Meditation gives many benefits to us, because can helps reduce physical and emotional effects of stress. People who meditate regularly have been shown to feel less anxiety and depression. I also doing meditation in my room for just 30 minutes until an hour.

    Surround yourself with positive vibes. All you need is someone who make you feel happier and give you huge positive impact to your life. Stay focused, you only live once remember what you want to be. Don’t let bad things ruin your dream. So, keep trying towards your dream and you will get it. Last but not least be a good people and grateful as much as you can.

    When we get too much assignments, papers that close to the due date, or just one bad grade, it can really affect our self to over think and got us really stressed out. Moreover, it could lead to suicidal decision. It can make us think pessimistic and doubt our self if we can’t do it. That case could happen to everyone even myself. Therefore, we have to calm down and get ourself together. How do we do that? Here are some of my thoughts on how to calm down.

    First of all, we have to be closer to God. It’s the rule of life that you have to obey and a must, because God always listen and He has big plans for us then will tell you in a best way that could happen. So, pray to God so you can tell Him all your problems and doubts. Praying usually calms me down and makes me better and more confident to face my problems. Second, for me personally, I use music too. It’s like my meditation. Music lifts my spirit and gets me in a better mood to face those pesky problems and make it more fun, especially when I do my assignments and/or papers.

    Last but not least is to be more positive. I know it’s hard to be positive especially when you’re insecure and have doubts to your self, but at least you have to try. Imagine your self in your happy place and try to solve your problems one by one. Tell your self that you can do it and do not listen to those people who tell you otherwise. Be more positive actually calms me down and gives me confidence that I can do it. Those methods can help me, and I think they could help you too. So, try it and boost up your calmness!

    Everyone learns differently, that’s nothing new. However, over the years the different styles of learning have usually been cut down to visual and physical . Learning is a complicated concept as everyone is unique in their own way, and learns in their own way as well. When I’m too stressed or distracted to study,I may feel panicked and anxious, and that is an obstacle to learning how to study when I can’t focus. It’s a common problem for college students, I have to study for the exam, but I’m stressed and distracted.

    The way to focus on learning in the first one is find an appropriate study environment, such as a private room or a library. I like study in my private room because it is quiet, that is a good idea to eliminate distractions as much as possible while studying,my ability to concentrate can be productive in quiet environments. the next is remove distraction, I always turn off my mobile data and for a while to get focus on studying. Some people need music in order to help them study, but I try to not listening music or anything else to focus on while i’m studying. it can be distracting me. if I’m feel bored while studying I usually walk to refrigerator to find some snack,snack helps me to refreshing my mind.

    The next way is don’t forget to pray with Allah this is the best way for me to make my heart be more quiet and think positively. the last way, if I confused with the material, I try to find a study partner. For example my parents or my friends, sometimes reviewing material with someone else can help break up the monotony of studying, clarify confusing concepts by bouncing ideas off of someone else, and see things from a different perspective. This partner can help me to understand material which I can’t understand. that is my simple way to focus on studying. Thank you.

    Everyone must have a problem in their life, the problem it’s not just about his life maybe it’s about the work, school or other problems. And if someone having a problem most of them finish it with emotion, sometimes people think that with his anger he can solve the problem, but actually it’s just going to raises a whole new set of problems for them. If we had a problem, the first thing we to do is to calm down ourselves, because if we are not emotion the problem would be as usual. After we calm down ourselves, we should forget about it and then if we have forgotten the problem, we must be pray to God. Praying is one of a good ways if we’re in trouble or bad condition, with praying we can make our hearts just calm, because we are already sharing stories with God about a little bit problems that we have been through. And the real calm is not only come from how we are going to solve the problem but with praying we actually can calm down. After I explained how someone could resolve the problem, and then I’m going to explained how I can resolve my problems.

    The first thing is very important if I was having a problem is to calm down, because I think the most important thing is to calm down. After I feel relaxed I’m going to get closer to God with prayer or shalat. The second thing is I will turn on my positive thoughts, It can help reduce my anger by trying to focus more clearly on my positive thoughts like this problems will pass, I’m strong enough to handle this or I will not feel angry forever because it’s just a temporary feeling. The third thing is can be hard because I should try to laugh as much as I can, especially when I really upset. But smiling and laughing is proven to perk up a little bit even when I feel mad, spending more time laughing every day can take myself less seriously and will make it easier for me to find the humor in a bad situation when the time comes such as read some jokes or when I feel better enough, I will get some friends to make me laugh or maybe watch a funny video.

    The fourth thing is create a positive environment, to surround myself with happy things. Whether they’re just making conversation with my friends or make a video call with my friends even with make a joke with my brother and looking at the picture of my friends and my family. I’ll surround myself with things that make me happy and The last thing is make time for doing things that I love, such as listening to the music, make a favorite food, watching a movie or hangout with my friends. Part of the reason that you feel angry maybe because you feel like you never have any time for yourself and are always stuck doing a bunch of things that you don’t want to do. So, that’s all about how can I calm down. And I hope can help you guys to calm down if you cannot calm down yourself. Thank you.

    Everyone have their own problem. Either that person like it or not they must be able to handle it. Don’t run away.. you must be able to handle it because it will make you stronger mentally. Due getting old so the problems will be faced more difficult. Moreover don’t overthink and don’t be stress, it will effect your health and disrupt your activities. Here my ways to handle it.

    First you can divert you attention like watching a film or having fun with a family or friends. It will make you forget about it. Moreover you can wreak it by shout. For example you ride a roller coster. Why ? because you will be considered reasonable if you are shouting than shouting in the room. I’ve tried it and it succeeded like that’s a weight off mind.

    Second, by reading an Al-Qur’an. The second’s way I don’t know why it will make you calmer. If you’re still not fluent reading an Al-Qur’an you can hear someone else reading it. Not easy to make the heart and the mind calm, especially if in a state oppressed, depressed by the job or some other things. When the man was hit by a problem where she was not ready to deal with it so as to make the soul, heart and mind reeling and it becomes a natural thing felt by every human being born into this earth. Here are some ways on how to calm.

Could probably read various articles to make the heart feel peaceful, seminars and workshops. But if from the heart does not find such peace, all the things you do on the outside would be useless. Therefore, take time for yourself, reflect, and think. The fourth thing is patience. Every religion would have told his people to always be patient in the face of all trials and problems that come our way.     First, remember God and pray. Close to God can lead us to be more quiet. One thing that is most important and it has become an obligation for mankind is to always remember God. Pray and Worship, It definitely makes your heart becomes more peaceful. Draw near to God yourself to achieve inner peace. The Second, think and do something positive. Positive thinking was all the time especially when you are experiencing a lot of problems. Positive thoughts will stimulate the brain that he can face all the problems that exist in this life. By having positive thoughts can make the body feels lighter and more fresh for sure all the problems are sure there is a season and a solution. changing the way here as how to look at the negative to a positive outlook. Asked for the motivation of others, we suggest you seek advice from an older person such as a parent, brother, uncle, lecturers / teachers and others because they have already had more life experience than the young. You don’t have to get inspiration and motivation of the people directly, you can also read books or watch movies to get this advice.

    Third, do activities that are beneficial and fun. such as listening to music, sports, joking laugh with friends, and on vacation. These activities will make us more happy, calm, relaxed, and will not feel stress anymore. And that’s the way I usually do when I do not feel calm. We should know because if the heart and calm mind will make life quality. Hopefully we can get better. Thankyou.

    Many of us live with a level of persistent low-grade stress that becomes so normalised that most of the time, that we don’t even realize it. Some people make their small problem just like the big problem, that can make the world ended. I can see it on instagram or twitter, why they’re so stressed just seeing their boyfriend or girlfriend date with other people, and why they’re so stressed just seeing their math scores C (well me too when i get C) but hey the world is not gonna end right? You could pass it right? .All that you do in the past is the best choice you ever made, don’t ever think you could turn back the time, hey it’s 21st century, just like sean kingston said “if im wrong oh i don’t wanna be right”. So if you could not change the past, don’t mean you can change the future. Now if you want to change the future, you should start it from the little things that you do in your life. The first thing that you have to do is change your daily live, You have to smile, just like prophet muhammad said that “Do not look down upon any good work, and when you speak to your brother, show him a cheerful face”. If we see in this life, most of people didn’t show a cheerful face, even smiling each other. When you do something positive with cheerful face, it would made everyone like you, even more closer to you, so why don’t we start to smile each other, and made a better world.
    Many people don’t realize that, what they’re eat can affect stress level. Allah said “And eat and drink, but be not excessive. Indeed, He likes not those who commit excess”. Some people like to drink coffee or tea while they’re stressed, but some study prove that coffee or tea increase the level of stress when the effect of tea or coffee to refreshing our mind is gone. The best food that you can eat is fish, you can eat four times a week, can also help reduce stress level.
    Make yourself closer to your god, This the most important thing that you have to do, the more we close to god, the more god can help us, and the more that our mind is calm down. Why don’t you try to closer to your god? Don’t you remember why are you here? Don’t you remember who gives your live? Your not stay in the earth, you just come around, and the left. Just like the other, you just one of the quadrillion people live in this world, Why are you so arrogant to forget who you are and forgetting to remember your god. God could take your life anytime god want, but god doesn’t god wait for you to come back. Why don’t we start to remember who we are, and come to pray to our god, beside you’re just nothing in this world if you don’t pray to your god. Let’s start a new world with remembering god in our heart, and our mind.

    Life is like a diamond, it has many colors depending on how people look at that. Sometimes in life we ​​feel happy, sad, disappointed, stressed and depressed. That’s life. So I want to explain my way to stay calm if I have a problem and stay focused on my goals.

    This is some of my way to calm down and focus in life. First is believe in God and pray. We must believe, God has a good plan which we do not know it. Of course we should always do ‘Sholat’ and pray to get the best. Secondly is having enough rest. Having enough rest is good for our healthy. Meditation before sleep also needed to reduce stress. Thirdly is positive thinking. We must positive thinking to every people, eliminate negative thoughts because it just only bring disrepute to yourself. Fourthly is sincerity. Sincere to what we faced and what we accepted. Fifthly is enjoy your hobby. Already a wide range of things to do in order to better focus on for example listen to music while learning, learning must be noted or anyone can focus when his studies while playing games or mobile. Usually people who are stressed will loss their apetite, sleepless, difficulty in concentration, and worried all the time. Because of that, stress must be removed and treated as soon as possible.

    You need to be calm in living your life. Believe that God give a trial accordance with your ability. Although in a trouble, you have to continue to pray to God. With the worship of God, you will get peace of soul and mind. Then you have to solve your problems one by one, step by step.

    The word “stressed” when read from right to the left then it would be a word “desserts”. I concluded that one way to remove and treat stress is to eat desserts. Beside of that, my way to remove and treat stress is to play a games, read a novel or article, and surf the internet. Usually it impacts to me. But it is depending on each person.

    Stress just waste your time. You have to realize that time of our life is short but seems long. Every life of all species are not eternal. The clock is moving each and every second. With not knowing how to stop, the second have will just keep running. We never can take our steps backwards. Live a life without regret. So you have to enjoy your life. However it happens, it is important to have strategies for coping when you feel overwhelmed by stress and need to quickly relax your mind and body.

    Relaxing is of course the most difficult thing when you feel overwhelmed by stress, and yet it is the most important. On the long-term, sport can help me having a more relaxed foundation, but there are also lots of quick things to do when you are in a stressful situation. Starting out of the having a nice cup of coffe and eat chocolate , laughing with a friend about something silly. When I have to a write a paper and I am totally stuck and frustrated, I open some document and just write all my anger, frustrated or fear of not being able to do this down. The best ideas come when we are not focused too hard on the problem it self, but are busy with something that gives my mind some free space to figure things out for me. Put some good music, dress in your favorite jumper, do whatever we need to make things around nice. We might need to think about what you can do quickly to help keep up and stay motivated.     I certainly agree about meditate, but I chose praying and living in God ways. Yes, one of thing which make me calm down is praying and living in God ways. God made everything about this life. God set everything about this life. God know everything about this life, my life, your life, their life, and people’s life. So, everything we do in this life was set by God. Certainly about difficult in this life. If we want to solve the difficult, we have to be calm down. Remember god is everywhere. We have to pray and we should be grateful. God will help people who be grateful.
    Another way to be calm down, is do what you love. The thing what I love is playing video games. When I played the game, the problem that makes difficult of life will disappear. I forget about the problem, I forget about anything. Absolutely, the thing which make me calm down is playing video games. Video games will make your life happy, but when you finished your play the problem will comeback. Video game make the problem go, but just a while.

    In this situation, we need to calm down our mind and heart first, so this is the way I used to do for calming my mind and heart.

    First, taking a deep and slowly breath then focusing your mind for a minute to not thinking any nagative and let our body and mind relaxing and calm, then do pray to God.

    Second, try to talk about the problem or situation you had to your trusted person like your bestfriend or your parents, and they will give you best advice or even they can give you solutions for your situation you had.

    Third, believe in God and yourself that every problems that comes to ourlives is one of God ways to make us stonger then before to face the next day with positive and brave.

Surely we will feel confused, desperate, and sad. when that moment come we surely need tranquility for our mind and heart. These are some way to calming yourself.

    First, we have to do is be alone to think that the problems we face must be a way out. That the problems we face are still at the limit of our ability. Surrender yourself to God and ask for the best way out of this problem. God to helps every person and always provides a way out.

Here I’ll tell some of my way to calm down. I usually go to a friends house and playing “pump it up” if I feel tired

    First, I went to a friend’s house from secondary vocational schools. In there my friend and I do all the fun things, such as outpouring of the heart, joke together, and see a video about the game “pump it up”. Then when we feel hungry, we were looking for food to eat. Sometimes we also help each other doing the coursework. I lose track of time if I already playing with my friend on this one. after doing it all I’m calmer than before.

    The second, I asked my friend to playing “pump it up” together. Because playing with friends would be better than playing alone. “Pump it up” is the game that exist in shopping malls. how to play that, the players have to stand on the pad, then step on the panel correspond to arrows that appear on the screen and in accordance with the level being played.     This is my last assignment. Meditation in my opinion, stress the mind is a condition where a person feels upset because his mind is focused on the problems being faced , trying to find a solution but feel stuck, so dizzy myself and most of the time always thought the problem. Of course, easy to listen to the wise counsel that says to stay calm and think clearly and not focus on the problem but focus on solutions . The problem is , if the solution is just do not know how to calm the mind and heart ? When excessive anxiety due to stress struck mind , one can hardly think straight, sometimes expect instant magic solutions and that can solve the problem immediately . But of course the mechanism miracle is not always something that is magical like money falling from the sky , or the issue of sudden completed without cause .     Life is full of ups and downs. Some days, we feel happy and positive. On that kind of days, we feel like we can do anything is this world. However, on some other days we feel sad and filled with negative emotions. These days make us feel that the universe is against us. These kind of days known as stressful days. There so many causes of stress. For example, college life, relationship, and some particular situations, like traffic jam and hot weather. On these stressful days, what do we have to do to relax and stay calm?

    The first thing you can do to face these stressful situations is change your mindset. Fill your head with positive toughts and convince yourself that everything is going to be alright. Gratitude, joy, and peacefulness are the positive thoughts you can put in your mind throughout the day. As the saying goes, “Change your thought, change your life”. By thinking positive, you are unconsiously telling yourself to do positive things also. So, when bad things happen, your positive attitude will overcome it. Remember, change your mindset first and the rest will follow.

    The next thing is eat good food. Foods like dark chocolate, eggs, cheese, and salmon can really boost up your mood. These kind of foods have one chemical substance called serotonin that will decrease your stress level. This is purely science. So, whenever stressful situation attacks, just grab a dark chocolate and you are good to go. Even better if you have salmon and eggs for breakfast. Maybe many people resolve in a way that isn’t fair, example there are desperate and tried to and his life. Meditasi is a one process to improve personal development in total, can be done by:

    Second, observe self-awareness.
    Third, realese from the mind that changed.

    Life is full of color. People have the nature and character of different and feelings of each person. Sometimes a person feels happy, sad, confused, worried, insecure, it’s all natural. Sometimes, there are people who feel they have so many problems so they can’t be happy even myself sometimes felt there was something wrong with myself, I feel confused, sad, not in the mood to do anything. To cope with this kind of thing, I have some solutions.
    First, I would pray more and get closer to God because only God who can change mood from sad to be pleased and happy. The only one I trust who can help me in the hard situation only God. I can tell God about all of my problems so I feel calm because I feel God close to me. I feel grateful to God for the life that I get. I believe if we close to god our life will be more calm and peaceful.
    Secondly, I would try to think positive so my mood can changed and I can smile again. Positive thinking affect the mood to change from bad to be good, think life is full of twists and turns that must be faced with a smile. Third, I would try to find activities that make me feel more comfortable and calm in order to forget the mood is not good. Spend my time with people who are positive forces in my life, who make me feel appreciated, valued, and confident and encourage me to be my best possible self.     As a student, studying is my responsibility. Of course I have to study and learn many things now, to get the best result in my score. I can’t deny that maybe once or twice even often, my mind get a disruption. The disruption is likes my private problems, or confusing learn one lecture or afraid when I have a test or maybe could be anything. That’s make my heart is always not calm and it is make me can’t studying well, although I have to study. I have to say, for me studying with a relax mind is totally hard. Because I am the one who always think everything in one time and hard to focus in one thing. So when I am studying I can’t concentration with my book. Of course that is become a big problem. Especially now, when I have to do the final test. I really hard focus on studying.
    I already try some way to calm down and can focus on something, especially in studying. One of that way is of course, like Mr. Septo told us, “We should give our heart to our Lord”. So the first way for me is I always remember Allah by doing prayer 5 times per day, or Muslim usually called that as a “Shalat”. Trust me, praying to God is help us to get relax in any situations. When I am studying and I can’t focus with it, I will directly praying and myself become more relax. The second way is when I can’t focus in something I will hear the music. I will hear my favorite songs, likes Bruno Mars’ songs, The Temper Trap’s songs, Adele’s songs and etc. The point is music makes me calm down and directly make me want to sing and dance. The third way is doing some exercise. I read from some articles exercise is helps you to calm down. We will find that getting our body moving, helps us to literally sweat off tension. I usually swimming in weekend. Well that is work for me, I am become relax plus my body is health. The fourth is get out from our house. Windows shopping or maybe have a dinner in restaurant or just watching movie in cinema is also helping us to be calm. Push our self to studying or working all the time is not good for our own body and health of course. So give a minute to relax your mind. This activities is helps us to calmer everyday. The fifth way to be calm is I usually write down my feel in a paper. It is helps me to feel better. Writing can help me figure out the things that are bothering me. Take a few minutes to write down what aspects in my situation are causing my grief. This is really helpful for me, until now. So because I awlays do all of those things, now I can more relax in my day and also in my studying time. I feel more relax and calm down, so it’s make myself easier to get the point when I am studying.
    So, there are a lot of things that can make ourselves to get relax. And for me, meditation like Mr. Septo told, can be the new alternative for myself.     What a way to a happier life, here’s how :

    1. Always be grateful.
    With gratitude will make your life a lot better, rather than sputter with everything that you receive this time. For example you have a desire for luxurious life a lot of money but your situation is currently not as lucky as that, still just thankful for, you will be brought into the circumstances in which you feel calm and serene if embracing them.

    2. Limit your problem.

    The problem is a part of life, where we live surely have problems. If you know, God give us a problem is not God was nasty to us but the God want to increase our degree. But sometimes, a problem makes us stress and not focus with everything that we live day-to-day. Everyone has his own way in dealing with the problem or eliminate stress, it seems like I have some way to relieve stress.

    First, prayer tahajud when midnight and after that pray to Allah to show the way in the issues I had. After prayers I’m not forget to read the Quran to calm my heart. We find a way out the problem to anyone who gives a problem to us. It is a principle of mine.

    Second, consul to people I trust to get advice on the problem I faced. Sometimes told her about our problems to people who we believe can reduce the burden on our hearts and minds. We are social beings in which we always need the help of others and in facing the problems we certainly need others.

    Third, music became my last way to calm my heart and mind. When I’m sad, disappointed and others that make me stress, I will listen the music hardcore, metalcore and others. Most often played in my playlist is metalica, Master Of Puppets, Enter Sandman, and That Was Just Your Life. Music always be a part of my life because without music my life is colorless.
